Tennis coaching in Brighton
Build skills, fitness and match confidence through adult, junior, private, squad and Cardio Tennis programs designed for different ages and standards.
EPTC coaches complete beginners, developing juniors, social adults and experienced competitors. Group programs combine technical instruction, tactical learning and match play, while private lessons focus closely on the changes each player wants to make.
Junior sessions use age-appropriate courts, balls and racquets, progressing from Tots and Mini Tennis through red, orange, green and yellow stages. Squad training adds greater intensity, tactical awareness and competition preparation.

Yes. EPTC runs classes for people who are completely new to tennis through to advanced players. Reception may arrange an assessment when needed to find the right group.
Contact reception with the player's age, experience and preferred times. Beginners can register interest directly; intermediate and advanced players may be assessed before placement.
The centre publishes morning and evening options from Monday to Saturday. If a suitable class is full, reception can discuss other times or a waiting list.
EPTC says registered players receive an SMS at least 30 minutes before a weather cancellation. A make-up class is then offered under the current program policy.
Group-class players are eligible for two make-ups per term with 24 hours' notice, subject to availability. Private-lesson rules differ, so review the current terms before booking.
EPTC publishes junior tennis camps and selected adult coaching and Cardio Tennis sessions for each holiday period. View the current schedule, age requirements, session times, prices and eligibility details before booking.
